This fourth quarter 19th century Quashki measures 3’11” X 5’5”. It is beautifully drawn with a very nice abrash. The center medallion is a diamond shape on a blue ground with four legged animals, abstract people and a combination of paisleys and flowers. The field has a red ground and very asymmetric designs. The ivory major border has a nicely drawn flower motif with bracketed shield design. There are two totally different minor borders. The pile is good. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go.
